We provide information, listings, reviews, and communication tools to make it easier to find a suitable guide.

Listing eligibility: Guide services and independent guides listed on FindMyGuide must be legitimate professional guiding operations with appropriate certifications, permits, and insurance for the activities and locations they offer.
Accuracy of information: Guide services are responsible for ensuring that all information in their listings — including certifications, permits, pricing, activity offerings, and location — is accurate and current. FindMyGuide displays listing information as provided and is not responsible for inaccuracies in guide-provided content.
Listing approval: FindMyGuide reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion, without notice. Submission of a guide application does not guarantee listing approval.
No endorsement: A guide's presence on FindMyGuide does not constitute our endorsement, recommendation, or certification of that guide's services, safety record, or qualifications. The "Verified" designation on FindMyGuide indicates only that we have received and reviewed an application — it is not a guarantee of quality or safety.
Affiliate links: Some links to guide websites on FindMyGuide may be affiliate links through which we may earn a commission if you click through and make a booking. This commission arrangement does not influence our listing decisions, and we disclose affiliate relationships on relevant pages.
Eligibility to review: Reviews should only be submitted by individuals who have personally participated in a guided experience with the listed service. Submitting a review of an experience you did not personally have is strictly prohibited.

Moderation: All reviews are subject to moderation before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any review that violates these standards, appears fraudulent, or is otherwise inappropriate, in our sole discretion.
License: By submitting a review or any other content ("User Content") to FindMyGuide, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
Representations: You represent that your User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law, and that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above.

The Site uses third-party services to function, including Supabase (database and authentication), EmailJS (transactional email), and Google Fonts. Your use of these embedded services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Any transactions or interactions you have with third-party services — including guide bookings, payments, and personal data you share with guides — are solely between you and those third parties. FindMyGuide is not a party to any such transaction and bears no liability for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with third parties.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at hello@findmyguide.co and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and FindMyGuide waive any right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights. Small claims court actions that qualify under the relevant jurisdictional rules are also excepted from the arbitration requirement.
Venue: For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and provide notice by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Site for at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, close your account.
